Bill Kalogredis is a shareholder of Kalogredis, Sansweet, Dearden and Burke, Ltd. Bill founded the firm in 1981 and he has been advising physicians, dentists and other health care professionals since 1974. Bill focuses his practice on practice sales and mergers, group practice arrangements (including analyzing, negotiating and drafting documents relative to buy-ins, buy-outs, employment agreements, co-ownership agreements, non-compete agreements and separation agreements), joint ventures, valuation of practices, analyzing and evaluating practice options for doctors, analyzing and negotiating physician arrangements with hospitals and related matters dealing with the business of medicine. Bill graduated from Providence College and attended Villanova University School of Law. At Villanova, he was an Associate Editor of its Law Review and a member of the Order of the Coif. Bill has spoken and written extensively and he has been recognized for his legal abilities as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer® and by being AV® Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell®. |
