About: Dave Dearden is a shareholder and officer of Kalogredis, Sansweet, Dearden and Burke, Ltd. and Professional Practice Consulting, Inc. Dave joined the firm in 1993 to augment its health care corporate practice base with his litigation expertise. He focuses his practice on representing individual health care providers and group practices in business, employment, staff privileges and other litigation matters related specifically to health care. Dave represents health care providers before a variety of Federal and State administrative agencies, professional boards and Hospital fair hearing panels. Dave also renders advice to the firm's clients in matters involving Medicare and Medicaid Audits and other law enforcement activities. Dave graduated from Western New England College of Law in 1981 and has extensive litigation experience with various firms in the Philadelphia area. Mr. Dearden is a frequent contributing author for several medically-related publications and speaks on numerous topics involving health care law.
