About: Jeff Sansweet is a shareholder and officer of Kalogredis, Sansweet, Dearden and Burke, Ltd. and Professional Practice Consulting, Inc. Jeff has been with the firm since 1985. He focuses his practice on representing individual physicians, dentists and group practices in transactions including employment agreements, partnerships, incorporations, shareholder agreements, practice sales, mergers and acquisitions. Jeff also advises health care professionals in tax planning and retirement planning. Jeff earned his law degree at Villanova where he was a member of the Law Review and Order of the Coif.
