Jeff is presenting courses on Employment Agreements and Partnerships at the American Academy of Ophthalmology Annual Meeting in Las Vegas on November 12 and 14, 2006.
Jeff wrote an article on “Preparing to Leave a Practice” to be published in December 2006 issue of Physician’s News Digest.
Bill has written "Patient Safety Elements of the MCARE Act" for Legal Intelligencer.
Jeff has written a Family Practice Management article on "Choosing the Right Practice Entity" to be pulished in the Fall of 2005
Bill has written an article entitled "Misappropriations of Trade Secrets in a Medical Practice Setting" for the Legal Intelligencer.
Jeff is a Presenter at the American Academy of Ophthalmology Annual Meeting in Chicago, 10/16 and 10/18. Courses on employment contracts, partnership buy-ins and buy-outs, and choice of entity.
