Dave Dearden is a shareholder of Kalogredis, Sansweet, Dearden and Burke, Ltd. Dave has been with the Firm since 1993. Dave focuses his practice on representing professionals in business disputes, employment disputes, malpractice cases, license enforcement matters before professional boards, in civil and criminal investigations by the State Attorney General’s Office; the Department of Justice and the Office of the Inspector General. Dave also handles staff privilege matters and investigations of providers by payors, including HMOs. Dave earned his law degree from Western New England College School of Law, and is admitted to both the Pennsylvania and Massachusetts bar. Dave has been involved in numerous reported decisions at the trial level and the appellate level which are listed in his curriculum vitae. Dave donates a substantial amount of his time to pro bono services.
