Jeff Sansweet is a shareholder of Kalogredis, Sansweet, Dearden and Burke, Ltd. Jeff has been with the Firm since 1985. He focuses his practice on representing physicians, dentists and group practices in transactions including employment agreements, partnerships, incorporations, shareholder agreements, operating agreements, practice sales and mergers, and leases. Jeff also advises health care professionals in tax, retirement and fringe benefit planning. Jeff earned his law degree at Villanova where he was a member of the Law Review and Order of the Coif. He also received his Master of Laws in Taxation from Villanova. Jeff is admitted to both the Pennsylvania and New Jersey bar. He is a frequent author and contributing editor for Physician’s News Digest and a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmic Executives.
